The Role -- As Toddler/Twos Teacher, you will lead a calm, responsive, and developmentally rich classroom environment. You will:

Follow individualized emotional needs with precision
Build secure attachments through attuned, responsive teacher-child interaction
Observe and document developmental milestones
Communicate proactively and clearly with families each day
Maintain exceptional sanitation and safety standards
Deliver Primrose’s exclusive Balanced Learning® curriculum through age-appropriate engagement
Lead your classroom with emotional steadiness and a consistent presence

Experienced in Toddler/Twos development (4+ years strongly preferred)
Skilled in building trust with families — especially first-time parents

Education: Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred; CDA considered.
