Choose a tier, fill in the classroom, schedule and pay details, tell us where applications should go, then check out with Stripe. A center director can finish it between drop-off and circle time.
Your post is live once payment goes through, and the Apply button sends teachers straight to your own form or inbox.

When does my job appear on the board?
As soon as Stripe confirms payment.
There is no review step, so the opening is live within moments of checkout.
How long does a single post stay up?
30 days from the date you buy it.
If you fill the classroom sooner, email us and we will take it down.
Will I be charged again automatically?
A single post is a one-time payment: it does not renew and there is no agreement to sign.
The monthly slot plans for centers that hire constantly bill each month, can be cancelled at any time, and leave your posts live until the end of the month already paid.
How do slots work?
One slot equals one live post.
A 10-slot plan lets up to 10 openings run together, for any classroom or role at any of your locations.
When a position is filled, swap the next opening into that slot as often as you like at no extra cost.
Posts sitting in a slot never expire while the plan stays active.
Do the monthly plans lock me in?
No contract and no minimum term: cancel when it suits you, and your posts remain up through the month you have paid for.
Founding Partner pricing is held for 24 months as long as the plan stays active; if you cancel and return later, the price at that time applies.
Can one post cover a lead teacher and an assistant?
Give each role its own post.
Lead teachers, assistants and directors browse different role pages, so separate posts put each opening where the right people look.
For a mixed position, such as a floater who also covers the front desk, choose the role that takes up most of the shift.
How can I pay?
Any major credit or debit card works at our Stripe checkout.
Card details stay with Stripe; we never store them.
Can I edit a post after it goes live?
Yes.
Email support with the change, such as new pay, hours or start date, and we will update the live post.
What is your refund policy?
Duplicate or mistaken charges are always refunded in full.
Because posts go live instantly, any other refund must be requested within a short window, which the Refund Policy explains.
