Refund Policy

Effective date: June 11, 2026 · Last updated: October 7, 2026

Each single ChildcareHires post is a one-time payment that never renews, and it goes live as soon as checkout is done.

Since early educators can start reading your opening within minutes, the no-questions refund period is short.

Mistakes in billing are always fixed.

Billing errors: full refund, every time

  • You were charged twice for the same post.
  • You paid, but a problem on our side meant the post never went live.
  • A charge you did not make, after we have confirmed it.

Within 48 hours of buying

If you change your mind in the first 48 hours after purchase, tell us and we will take the post down and refund all of it. You don't need to explain why.

After the first 48 hours

From that point the post has already been in front of job seekers, which is the service you bought, so it is no longer refundable.

An early hire is good news but doesn't reopen the window. If your new infant teacher accepts on day five, we will remove the post when you ask, but the remaining days of its 30-day run are not refunded.

If something out of the ordinary happened, email us anyway and we will consider it on its own facts.

Never refunded

  • A post we removed because it broke our Terms & Conditions (misleading, discriminatory or fraudulent content, or an unlawful job).
  • Disappointment with the number or fit of applicants. We publish and promote your opening, but we cannot guarantee how many people apply or that one of them becomes your hire.

How to request one

Email [email protected] from the address on the order with the job title and your Stripe receipt number.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, and Stripe typically shows them within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
