We are looking for a dedicated, seasoned professional interested in creating a welcoming, loving classroom environment for children ages 10 months - 24 months.
Our classes are designed for teachers to co-lead. Lesson planning and classroom responsibilities are shared between co-teachers. This allows for better consistency in the implementation of the curriculum as well as a supportive collaborative environment for our staff. Teachers are encouraged to use their experience, education, and creativity to create a hands-on, play-based curriculum for their students.

Job Description
We are looking for fun and energetic Teachers for the Goddard School in Tysons, Virginia. We are located at 8618 Westwood Center Drive.
Duties of Lead Teachers include:
- Meeting the individual needs of the children
- Lesson Planning
- Communication with parents
- Participation in staff and training meetings
- Interacting with the children to support play, exploration, and learning.

Job Requirements
Teacher Qualifications:
- Professional & Kind Attitude
- 1 year of prior classroom experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
- Strong written and communication skills
- Lead teacher requirements as outlined by the Department of Education of Virginia
- Preferred: CDA, associate degree, bachelor’s degree, master’s degree
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16.00 - $23.70 per hour
