Preschool/Daycare Teacher Floater

Duties:

- Assist in implementing age-appropriate educational activities and lesson plans for preschool children.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child's unique needs.
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to parents as needed.
- Follow all licensing regulations and maintain required documentation.

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of preschool education principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Experience in classroom management techniques to create a positive learning environment.
- Ability to educate and engage young children in a variety of hands on learning experiences.
- Previous experience working in a childcare or daycare setting is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills for lesson planning and curriculum development.
