Post a Job →What Does a Floater Teacher Do?
A floater teacher moves between classrooms during the day, covering lunch breaks, planning time and absences so every room stays in ratio.
Floaters work with every age group in the building, which makes the role a fast way to learn a center and a common step toward a lead classroom.
