Preschool 3 Teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role involves engaging with toddlers and preschool-aged children, implementing educational activities, and ensuring a safe and supportive classroom atmosphere.

Duties

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
• Manage classroom activities, ensuring a structured yet flexible environment conducive to learning.
• Provide individualized attention to students, including those with disabilities or special needs.
• Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social skills and emotional growth.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to create a cohesive learning experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in toddler care or preschool education is preferred.
• Strong classroom management skills to maintain an engaging learning environment.
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques to support children's individual needs.
• Experience working with children with disabilities is a plus.
• A background in early childhood education or related field is desirable.
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all students.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues.
• A genuine love for teaching and nurturing young minds.

Pay: $10.00 - $11.50 per hour
