Lead Toddler Teacher

• mote social-emotional growth, behavior management, and positive interactions among children
• Oversee daily classroom management to ensure a safe, organized environment conducive to learning and exploration
• Collaborate with families to communicate progress, behavioral observations, and tailored strategies supporting each child's unique needs
• Support children with special education needs by adapting activities and providing individualized attention as needed
• Maintain accurate records of children's developmental milestones, assessments, and standardized testing results

Skills

• Extensive experience in early childhood education with a focus on toddlers and preschool-aged children
• Strong knowledge of childhood development theories, classroom management techniques, and behavior management strategies
• Skilled in curriculum development across areas such as literacy education, math, physical education, and childcare best practices
• Proficient in lesson planning that integrates Montessori methods or other innovative teaching approaches
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners
• Experience working with children with special needs or in early intervention programs is highly desirable
• Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively while fostering a nurturing environment that promotes curiosity and independence
