Lead Teacher

A JOYFUL NOISE CHRISTIAN DAYCARE & LEARNING CENTER IN WINDHAM IS HIRING A FULL-TIME LEAD TEACHER. This position requires high responsibility and multi-tasking. Candidate must have leadership experience caring for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers in a professional group setting, be highly organized, and preferably a Level 5 or higher on Maine Roads to Quality direct care lattice. Candidate must have excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of ages and stages of child development, be able to manage and supervise a classroom, work well with other staff, maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment, and be excited to come to work every day providing unconditional love and care for our children! Everyday job dependability is a must.

OUR CENTER HAS PROGRAMS FOR INFANTS, TODDLERS, EARLY PRESCHOOL, PRE-K, AND BEFORE & AFTER SCHOOL. Our daycare center has been voted #1 childcare provider in the Sebago Lakes Region from 2018 through 2026 by thousands of voters.
