Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Teacher to join our early childhood education team, specializing in instructing children aged 2.5 to 3.5 years. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement dynamic lesson plans tailored to the developmental stages of 2.5-3.5-year-old children, incorporating curriculum standards and innovative learning strategies
• Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration, creativity, and social interaction among young learners
• Utilize educational technology tools and learning resources to enhance instruction and engagement
• Monitor and assess individual student progress through observations, documentation, and performance data analysis to inform instruction and support growth
• Maintain clear communication with parents regarding their child's development, milestones, and classroom activities through regular updates and conferences
• Manage classroom behavior effectively using age-appropriate behavior management techniques that promote respect and self-regulation
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, specialists (such as speech therapists or special educators), and administrative staff to ensure cohesive educational delivery and compliance with regulatory standards

Experience

• Proven experience teaching children aged 2.5 to 3.5 years in early childhood or preschool settings
• Strong background in curriculum development, lesson planning, and curriculum implementation aligned with early childhood education standards
• Demonstrated ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and special needs populations, including children with autism or requiring early intervention services
• Familiarity with classroom management techniques that foster an inclusive, respectful environment conducive to learning
• Experience integrating educational technology tools into daily instruction for young children
• Knowledge of childhood development principles, literacy education, math fundamentals, and standardized testing practices for early learners
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, colleagues, and external specialists effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while demonstrating mentoring skills for newer staff members
