Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time One Year Old Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Responsibilities

• Design and execute developmentally appropriate lesson plans focused on early childhood education principles for one-year-olds, incorporating activities that promote physical, cognitive, and social-emotional growth
• Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration, independence, and positive behavior management
• Implement curriculum development strategies aligned with best practices in toddler care, including literacy education and basic math concepts
• Engage children in activities that support language development, early intervention techniques, and sensory exploration
• Collaborate with families to communicate progress, address individual needs, and support child welfare initiatives
• Maintain accurate documentation of each child's developmental milestones and daily activities in compliance with licensing standards
• Foster inclusive classroom management practices that respect diverse backgrounds and special education needs

Skills

• Extensive experience working with children aged one year old in classroom or daycare settings
• Strong knowledge of childhood development stages and best practices in early intervention and special education
• Proficiency in curriculum development tailored to toddlers’ learning styles and developmental needs
• Skilled in behavior management techniques that promote positive social interactions and emotional regulation
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, families, staff, and external professionals
• Ability to plan engaging lessons incorporating literacy education, physical education, and Montessori methods where applicable
• Experience with classroom management tools such as standardized testing assessments or progress tracking systems
• Familiarity with childcare regulations, preschool experience, and private school standards for early childhood education
• Knowledge of teaching physical education activities suitable for toddlers and fostering motor skill development
• Commitment to child welfare practices ensuring safety, health, and well-being at all times
