Do you love tiny discoveries, big personalities, and helping little ones grow? Lil’ Hawks Academy is looking for an experienced, caring toddler teacher who brings patience, creativity, and dependable care to our classroom.

Our toddlers are busy exploring, learning new words, building friendships, and discovering what they can do. We need someone who celebrates those milestones while providing a safe, nurturing environment.

What you’ll do:

• Plan engaging activities that encourage learning through play, stories, music, art, and movement.
• Support language development, social skills, and growing independence.
• Guide big feelings with patience, kindness, and positive redirection.
• Provide attentive care during meals, diapering, rest, and daily routines.
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom and actively supervise children.
• Communicate warmly with families and work cooperatively with your team.

Who we’re looking for:

• Someone with experience in early childhood, especially with toddlers.
• A reliable teacher who arrives on time, follows through, and understands that children and coworkers depend on them.
• A trustworthy professional who uses good judgment and respects confidentiality.
• A patient, nurturing person with a true love for children.
• Someone who takes initiative and stays engaged throughout the day.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
