Toddler or Infant Teacher or assistant

Premier Children's Center is seeking a Toddlers Teacher or Assistant to foster the growth and learning of the children in our center. The selected applicant will teach and supervise toddlers and motivate them to use their mental capacities and exercise their imagination.
Responsibilities include

• Provide basic child care activities
• Use a wide range of teaching methods to enhance the child’s abilities (stories, media, indoor or outdoor games, drawing and art etc)
• Evaluate children’s performance to make sure they are on the right learning track
• Constant communication with parents. Update them on the progress of their children
• Observe children’s interactions and promote the spirit of learning together
• Identify behavioral problems and determine the right course of action
• Collaborate with other teachers and Team members
• Follow the teaching standards and safety regulations as established by the official sources

Requirements

• Being passionate and interested in Child Care and preschool teaching
• Adequate knowledge of child development and up-to-date education methods
• Methodical and creative. Patience, flexibility and love for children
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Certificate in first aid and CPR (can be arranged)
• Prior work experience in childcare center or daycare is preferred.

This position requires the ability to work various hours, if necessary. Center hours are 7:00am to 6:00 pm M-F. We offer a competitive salary, paid vacation, and paid Holidays.
