Are you a passionate leader who loves working with children, inspiring teams, and making a difference?

Rahway’s Best is seeking a dynamic, dependable, and experienced Program Director to lead our growing After School Program and Summer Camp.

Your Responsibilities

Lead, coach, train, and supervise our team.

Oversee daily After School and Summer Camp operations.

Create a fun, safe, structured, and positive environment.

Build strong relationships with children and parents.

Manage staff schedules, student behavior, and safety procedures.

Plan exciting activities, special events, and summer camp experiences.

Support enrollment growth, parent retention, and community outreach.

Assist with student transportation when needed.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in childcare, youth programs, summer camps, or educational leadership.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Confident, positive leadership with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Dependability, professionalism, and a team-first attitude.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Ability and willingness to drive a 15-passenger vehicle, with all legally required licensing and qualifications.

Ability to pass required background checks.
