Preschool Teacher

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum
- Provide a nurturing and safe environment for children
- Foster a love of learning through engaging activities and play
- Teach literacy skills, including reading, writing, and language development
- Provide individualized tutoring and support to students as needed
- Manage classroom behavior and promote positive social interactions
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to support child welfare and development
- Conduct regular assessments to track student progress
- Implement early intervention strategies for students with special needs
- Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and administrators
