Preschool Teacher

Job description:

At Messy Monkeys Preschool, we believe childhood should be filled with wonder, creativity, messy masterpieces, muddy boots, laughter, curiosity, and caring adults who genuinely love helping children grow.

We're not simply filling positions—we're carefully building a team of professionals who reflect the culture our children deserve.

If you're simply looking for a job, we may not be the right fit.

But if your idea of a great day includes reading one more story, celebrating tiny victories, getting paint on your clothes, laughing until your cheeks hurt, and helping children discover just how capable they are... we'd love to meet you.

What We're Looking For

We're searching for teachers who:

✨ Lead with kindness

✨Never stop learning

✨ Believe great teams accomplish amazing things

✨ Show up with dependability and professionalism

✨ Still see the world through a child's eyes

Experience in childcare or early childhood education is preferred, but we're just as interested in finding people with heart, integrity, and a genuine passion for working with children.

What You'll Do

As part of our teaching team, you'll help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom where children are encouraged to explore, grow, and thrive.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing engaging, developmentally appropriate weekly lesson plans that support each child's learning and growth.
• Creating meaningful learning experiences through play, exploration, and hands-on discovery.
• Building positive relationships with children and families.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized classroom.
• Working collaboratively with fellow teachers.
• Supporting children's social, emotional, and developmental growth.
• Following all licensing, health, and safety standards.

Why You'll Love Working Here

We're intentionally building a workplace where people feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow. Messy Monkeys is growing, and we're looking for exceptional teachers who want to grow with us. As we continue to expand, there will be opportunities for leadership and career advancement.
