Fast Track: Hiring Process

Position Title – Preschool Teachers Floaters

Reports To: Center Director

Pay Rate: $13-16 HR depending experience and certifications

Schedule: M-F between the hours of 7AM-6PM (1 hour Lunch)

M-F 7AM-4PM (1 Hour Lunch )

M-F 7:30 AM-4:30 PM (1 Hour Lunch)

M-F 9-6 PM ( 1 Hour lunch)

Floater between the hours of 7AM-6PM M-f (1 Hour Lunch) 8 Hours a day

Start Date: October 2026

Location: KHD 1601 E Abram St Arlington TX 76010

Requirements: CPR First Aid Certification, Negative TB Test, Arlington Childcare Certificate, Highschool Diploma, Background Check Required before starting at the school.

Early Childhood Educators are responsible for creating an environment that promotes the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth of the students in their assigned classes. Educators should serve as a creative mind in implementing curriculum in their classrooms. Educators must be knowledgeable of age-appropriate activities and child development philosophies and practices.

●Key Responsibilities:

• Create a warm, safe, and stimulating environment for infants.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Provide attentive, nurturing care including feeding, diapering, and comforting.
• Observe and document developmental milestones and daily routines.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s progress and daily experiences.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment in accordance with health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience working with infants/Toddlers in a childcare setting.
• Infant CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Knowledge of child development principles for infants.
• Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant childcare certifications preferred.

Ongoing Requirements

● Complete Orientation Training

● Complete Annual Required Training hours per Minimum Standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
