Qualifications

• Classroom management and behavior management skills
• Effective communication skills
• Curriculum development and implementation (Teaching Strategies)
• Understanding of childhood development
• Experience in teaching and working with students
• Assessment of children (Teaching Strategies Gold Assessment)
• Up to date clearances: FBI Fingerprinting, National Sex Offender Registry, Child Abuse Clearance and Criminal Background clearances.
• Bachelor Degree Required
• Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred

Responsibilities
- Implementing engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of young learners.
-Managing classroom activities and ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children.
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to promote positive interactions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and educational outcomes.
- Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to provide updates on student progress.

- Assess children and create goals on an ongoing basis

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.50 - $23.00 per hour
