Before You Apply: Please Read Carefully

Mi Escuelita is a full-day, Spanish-immersion school serving children ages 2–5. We are looking for a dependable, engaged, and committed team member who wants to contribute to a consistent, nurturing learning environment.

This is not a babysitting position. Our days are active, structured, and hands-on. Teachers participate in learning activities, support children's independence, guide behavior, assist with toileting and hygiene, prepare and clean the classroom, spend time outdoors in varying weather, and work as a team to maintain a high-quality school environment.

We are looking for someone who understands that working in early childhood education requires patience, initiative, professionalism, consistency, and a genuine commitment to the team.

Reliability is essential. Our children, families, and fellow teachers depend on every team member showing up on time, being prepared, communicating professionally, and following through on their responsibilities.

Please answer the following questions honestly. We want to find the right fit for both you and our school, and we encourage you to carefully consider the expectations before applying.
