BITS Preparatory Academy is seeking a highly experienced, dependable, organized, and proactive Preschool Lead Teacher who takes pride in maintaining a structured, engaging, and well-managed classroom.

We are not simply looking for someone to supervise children. We are looking for an educator who takes ownership of their classroom, demonstrates initiative, and consistently meets expectations without requiring constant reminders or redirection.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of preschool teaching experience required.
• Strong knowledge and practical application of CLASS (Classroom Assessment Scoring System) strategies.
• Exceptional classroom management and positive behavior guidance skills.
• Ability to independently plan, organize, and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with Florida DCF childcare regulations and licensing standards.
• Ability to support children with diverse developmental, behavioral, and learning needs.
• CDA or higher early childhood education credentials preferred.

You are a self-starter who does not need to be micromanaged. You understand that classroom cleanliness, lesson preparation, student engagement, documentation, and meeting deadlines are essential parts of your role—not optional tasks.
