Amazing Kidz Academy LLC provides teachers with a school-year curriculum framework rather than a scripted curriculum.

Teachers receive monthly themes and learning priorities and work collaboratively to develop meaningful experiences based on children's interests, observations, developmental goals, accommodations and individual needs.

Our monthly planning structure includes:

Week 1 – Sensory Exploration
Week 2 – Art & Creative Expression
Week 3 – Gross Motor & Games
Week 4 – Integrated Learning / Blend

Language development and fine-motor practice are incorporated every day.

Required planning, preparation, documentation and training are completed on paid work time. Employees are not expected to perform required work off the clock.

Schedule

Approximately 20–30 hours per week, with a consistent part-time schedule.

Approximately 40 hours per week, with a consistent full -time schedule.

There may also be opportunities for additional hours based on program needs, staff absences and the employee's availability.

We are looking for someone who values reliability and understands that consistent attendance is especially important in early childhood education.

Compensation

Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's verified Oregon Registry Step, education, experience, position requirements and applicable Preschool for All requirements.

Applicants who do not yet have an Oregon Registry Step are welcome to apply, but qualifications will need to be verified before final compensation is established.

Our Program

Amazing Kidz Academy LLC is a play-based early childhood program serving children with diverse developmental needs, abilities, cultures and experiences.

We believe the environment is the third teacher, relationships are foundational to learning, and quality comes from intentional educators who continue learning themselves.

We are also intentionally developing Solid Foundation as a place where rising educators can practice, receive coaching, build professional skills and grow into greater responsibility.
