Required Qualifications and Responsibilities

The candidate must be able to:

• Communicate effectively and professionally with children, parents, and staff.
• Provide a safe, nurturing, and high-quality learning environment for all children enrolled in the program.
• Demonstrate the skills necessary to identify and support children’s developmental needs.
• Conduct, document, and maintain developmental screenings and assessments as required.
• Establish and maintain positive, professional working relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Georgia Pre-K program requirements, including student attendance, arrival and dismissal procedures, required documentation, curriculum implementation, classroom management, child supervision, and teacher responsibilities.

The candidate must be knowledgeable about all Georgia Pre-K program standards and expectations and demonstrate the ability to fulfill all teaching, supervision, documentation, and compliance responsibilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
