Part-Time Floating Assistant Teacher (3:00 PM–6:00 PM)

• Minimum 3 years of experience working in a licensed daycare center
  
  
• Experience working with multiple age groups (toddlers and/or preschool)
  
  
• Strong understanding of classroom routines and child development
  
  

• Is comfortable moving between classrooms based on daily needs
  
  
• Can quickly adapt to different teaching styles and routines
  
  
• Walks into a classroom and immediately contributes
  
  
• Helps children feel safe, supported, and comfortable
  
  
• Maintains professionalism and calm energy at all times
  
  
• Follows policies, procedures, and licensing regulations consistently
  
  

• Support Lead Teachers in all classrooms
  
  
• Assist with transitions, dismissal routines, and classroom management
  
  
• Maintain safety and ratio compliance
  
  
• Help keep classrooms clean and organized
  
  
• Engage children in developmentally appropriate activities
  
  
• Provide nurturing, positive interactions throughout the day
