Montessori Lead Teacher (Primary)

RedRose Montessori School in Tomball, Texas is searching for an experienced and self-motivated Montessori Primary Lead Teacher. We are looking for professional and long-term commitment candidate with a good understanding of the Montessori philosophy and love of early childhood education.

Time Commitment:

32-40 hrs. a week. Minimum-20 hrs. a week.

Education:

A High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)

· A Montessori Certification

Job Requirements:

· Must be able to manage a classroom with Primary class that is full based on the teacher/child ratio as mentioned in the Minimum Standards

· Must be able to organize the flow of a busy classroom.

· Must be able to recognize and to record significant individual and group behavior.

· Must be able to provide a safe, loving and nurturing environment that supports the education and safety of children.

· Must be able to speak distinctly and to communicate verbally with clients.

· Must possess excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.

· Agree with philosophy, mission and overall direction of program.

· Good command of the English language, including grammar, syntax, spelling

· Professional in dress, appearance and overall speech.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7.0 – 8.0 per week
