Do you have a passion for working with toddlers and creating a classroom where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn? We’re looking for an experienced Lead Twos Teacher to join our River Vale team!
🧸 What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage a nurturing, engaging Twos classroom
- Create fun, age-appropriate learning experiences through play and exploration
- Implement The Learning Experience’s L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Support language, social-emotional, and developmental growth
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and fellow teachers
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom
- Provide positive classroom guidance and consistent routines
- Support daily care routines including meals, diapering/toileting, rest, and transitions
⭐ What We’re Looking For
- Previous professional childcare/classroom experience required
- CDA preferred
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience working with toddlers strongly preferred
- Nurturing, energetic, dependable, and team-oriented
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Must meet applicable New Jersey childcare licensing requirements
