Lead Toddler Guide/Teacher

Toddler Montessori Teacher (18 Months – 3 Years)

We are seeking a warm, nurturing, and dedicated Montessori Toddler Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will support young children’s independence, social-emotional growth, and curiosity in a calm and respectful Montessori environment.

Responsibilities:

• Present age-appropriate Montessori lessons and activities.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and organized classroom.
• Support toddlers with self-care, toileting, and daily routines.
• Guide children with patience and positive communication.
• Communicate professionally with parents and collaborate with staff.
• Follow school policies and licensing requirements.

Qualifications:

• Montessori Infant/Toddler certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• High school diploma required; ECE background preferred.
• Experience working with toddlers in a Montessori or early childhood setting.
• CPR/First Aid certified or willing to complete training.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and actively engage with toddlers.

Schedule Requirement:
Candidates must be willing to work from 8:30 to 5:30 PM as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 8.0 per week
