Lead Teacher

Community United Child Care Center is seeking a caring, energetic, and dependable Pre-K (4/5) Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education and committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment that prepares children for kindergarten success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans

• Foster social, emotional, and academic growth

• Maintain a safe and positive classroom environment

• Communicate effectively with parents and families

• Follow all licensing and center policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Experience working with preschool-aged children required

• Early Childhood Education coursework or degree preferred

• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Strong communication and classroom management skills

• Dependable, patient, and team-oriented
