Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Teacher to guide our 2-year-old classroom. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about early childhood education, skilled in classroom management, and committed to fostering a positive learning environment that prepares children for kindergarten and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early learning standards
• Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
• Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Manage classroom routines, transitions, and behavior effectively
• Conduct ongoing assessments and communicate progress with parents/guardians
• Supervise and mentor assistant teachers
• Maintain compliance with all licensing and safety regulations
• Foster strong relationships with children, families, and staff

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Previous experience working with preschool-aged children (required)
• Strong leadership and classroom management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Knowledge of state licensing requirements

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
