Lead Preschool Teacher for Ages 2-3

We are currently looking to hire full time Preschool Teacher to join our team! This position offers the opportunity to make a difference every day, excellent hours and a pleasant working environment.

Responsibilities:

• Parent/ Teacher conferences
• Lesson plans & following Creative Curriculum
• Assist in the daily care and supervision of children aged 2-3, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
• Support classroom management and maintain a structured routine.
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding children's progress and needs.
• Collaborate with support teachers in curriculum development and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs.
• Foster positive relationships with children to encourage social and emotional growth.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Childhood Development Associate degree or Associate's in Early Childhood Education preferred
• Previous experience as a care giver or teacher required
• Positive attitude and love for working with children
• Willingness to work with children 0-12 years of age
• Knowledge of NAEYC Developmentally Appropriate Practices, The Creative Curriculum and/or willingness to learn
• Must be at least 18 years old
