Responsibilities

• Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate preschool activities.
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality care and education.
• Follow all licensing regulations and center policies.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Development or related field
• Must genuinely love working with young children.
• Creative, energetic, and enthusiastic about early childhood education.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexible, dependable, and willing to adapt to the needs of the program.
• Previous preschool or early childhood experience preferred.
• Must meet Missouri licensing requirements for preschool teachers.
