Kids Wellness Instructor (Ages 4-10)

$60–$70 per 45-minute class | Part-time | Weekday mornings and after school | Starts January 2027

Build Your Beat™ Kids Wellness, a program of KIMITH LLC, is hiring its founding team of instructors. We teach kids ages 4–10 how to move, breathe and take care of their hearts through fun, high-energy 6-week classes at local schools. If you light up around kids and love movement, we'd love to meet you.

What you'll do

• Lead small groups of up to 12 kids through movement, games, breathing and heart-health activities
• Teach our ready-made curriculum. You bring the energy; we give you the plan.
• Keep every child safe, included and having fun
• Communicate warmly with school staff and families at drop-off and pickup

What we're looking for

• 19 or older
• Experience working with young children (teaching, coaching, camps, childcare, kids' yoga or fitness)
• Reliable, on time, and calm when things get busy
• A car to travel to schools in the Baltimore area
• Available for some weekday mornings and/or afternoons around 3:30 PM

Required before you teach (we help you get there)

• Pediatric CPR and first aid certification
• Maryland and FBI fingerprint background check
• Two references

We reimburse CPR, first aid and fingerprinting after you teach your first 5 classes.
