We are looking for passionate, reliable, experienced, and nurturing Preschool Teachers, Infant Teachers, Toddler Teachers, Pre-K Teachers, Lead Teachers, Assistant Teachers, and Early Childhood Educators to join our growing teams across our three Oregon locations.

Current Teaching Opportunities

We are hiring for all age groups:

• Infant Teachers: Ages 3–12 months
• Toddler Teachers: Ages 12–24 months
• Early Preschool Teachers: Ages 2–3 years
• Preschool Teachers: Ages 3–4 years
• Pre-K / Kindergarten Readiness Teachers: Ages 4–5 years
• Lead Teachers and Assistant Teachers
• Classroom Floaters and Support Teachers

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, loving, positive, and nurturing environment for children.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate educational activities and lesson plans.
• Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development.
• Engage children through hands-on learning, sensory activities, creative play, art, music, and early literacy.
• Maintain effective classroom management and positive guidance practices.
• Build strong relationships with parents and communicate about children's daily activities and developmental milestones.
• Collaborate with co-teachers, directors, and leadership to maintain a supportive classroom environment.
• Follow Oregon childcare licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and school policies.
• Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming classrooms.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience as a Preschool Teacher, Daycare Teacher, Infant Teacher, Toddler Teacher, Childcare Provider, or Early Childhood Educator preferred.
• Experience working in a licensed childcare center or preschool is highly desirable.
• Understanding of early childhood development and developmentally appropriate practices.
• Strong classroom management, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, patient, energetic, and passionate about working with children.
• Ability to meet Oregon childcare licensing requirements and enroll in the Central Background Registry (CBR).
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Early Childhood Education (ECE) coursework, CDA credential, or related degree is a plus.

Work Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• Full-time positions available
• Part-time positions available (approximately 5–6 hours daily, five days per week)
• Morning and daytime shifts based on classroom needs
