Head Preschool Teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Head Preschool Teacher to lead our early childhood education program. Responsibilities

• Lead daily classroom activities with enthusiasm, ensuring a positive and engaging learning environment for preschool children.
• Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans that incorporate early childhood education best practices, including literacy education, math skills, physical education, and social-emotional learning.
• Manage classroom behavior through effective behavior management strategies that promote respect, cooperation, and independence among children.
• Foster strong communication with parents and guardians by providing regular updates on child progress, developmental milestones, and classroom events.

Experience

• Experience working with children in preschool or early childhood education setting is preferred
• Strong classroom management skills with the ability to handle diverse behaviors effectively.
• Prior experience leading or supervising teaching staff or classroom teams is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills for parent engagement and team collaboration.
• Familiarity with daycare settings is advantageous.
• Certification in first aid and CPR is required or obtainable upon hire; additional credentials and clearances are required and obtainable upon hire.

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
