We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Floater Teacher to join our team.

As a Floater Teacher, You Will:
- Support multiple classrooms and age groups as needed throughout the day.
- Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children.
- Assist lead teachers with implementing curriculum activities and daily classroom routines.
- Ensure smooth classroom transitions and maintain consistency in care and learning experiences.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow team members.
- Assist with classroom management, supervision, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Communicate professionally with parents and staff regarding children's needs, progress, and daily activities.
- Follow all state licensing regulations and center policies.
Do You:
- Have a genuine passion for educating and caring for children?
- Enjoy working with a variety of age groups and classroom environments?
- Demonstrate flexibility, reliability, and strong teamwork skills?
- Have one year of professional childcare or teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional experience working with children (required)?
- Have an Associate Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred) or a High School Diploma/GED (required)?
