First Steps Childcare is hiring!

We are looking for caring, dependable, qualified childcare teachers to join our team. We are hiring multiple positions, including full-time and part-time opportunities.

We are looking for people who take working with children seriously and want to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Childcare, preschool, Head Start, or school experience
• CDA, ECE coursework, degree, or related credentials
• Experience with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, or school-age children
• Reliable attendance and a positive, professional attitude
• A genuine passion for working with children

Responsibilities include:

• Providing safe, attentive supervision
• Supporting children's learning and development
• Planning and participating in age-appropriate activities
• Communicating with families and coworkers
• Following First Steps policies and Ohio childcare licensing requirements

Pay: $15–$19/hour based on experience and qualifications.
