Early Childhood Teacher

Lead and Assistant Early Childhood Teachers :

We are a GOLD Rated SUTQ program that is actively recruiting individuals that not only have the understanding and knowledge of child development but are also passionate about a career as an early educator. We're looking for teachers who bring a positive attitude, ask great questions, and are reflective in their thinking. We believe that the best teachers are also lifelong learners, and we’re hoping to find educators who share this mindset!

Minimum Qualifications:

• Employee Verification - Complete BCI & FBI background checks
• Complete an Employee Medical Statement, verified by a health care provider
• Lead Teachers: CDA or Associates Degree
• Assistant Teachers: GED or High School completion

Responsibilities
- Implement developmentally appropriate activities and lesson plans.
- Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and children to ensure a collaborative.
- Utilize knowledge of child development to support individual student needs.
- Adhere to regulations and policies established by licensing and the program.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.75 - $17.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Early childhood education: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)
