Director of Child Care Facility

Our Childcare Center is seeking applicants for a full-time (40 hours per week) Director position. As the Director, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our center while demonstrating exceptional professional conduct and ensuring a safe, happy and stimulating learning environment for children.

In order to qualify for the position, you must meet state of NJ requirements and be detail-oriented with a deep understanding of state licensing and accreditation.

Applicants should possess:

· Experience working with children

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Strong organizational skills

· Ability to multitask

Experience:

· At least one year of center leadership/management experience.

· Bachelor's degree required

· Degree in ECE or related field preferred
