Rise Up Kids is seeking an experienced, dependable, and caring Daycare Director to help lead our childcare center.

We are looking for someone who has experience working in childcare and is knowledgeable about daycare operations, staff supervision, licensing requirements, and maintaining a safe and positive environment for children.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of the daycare
• Supervise and support teachers and childcare staff
• Help ensure the center remains in compliance with childcare licensing requirements
• Maintain children’s and staff records
• Communicate professionally with parents and families
• Assist with staff scheduling and classroom coverage
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and welcoming environment
• Help prepare for inspections and maintain required documentation
• Support the overall growth and success of the daycare

Qualifications

• Previous childcare or daycare experience required
• Previous daycare leadership or director experience strongly preferred
• Must be dependable, organized, professional, and able to communicate well with families and staff
• Must meet the requirements to serve as a childcare center director in Texas
• Must be able to pass all required background checks
