Noah’s Ark Christian Daycare is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and motivated Daycare Director to lead our Christian childcare program serving approximately 80 children.

The Director will oversee the daily operation of the daycare and provide leadership to our staff while maintaining a safe, nurturing, and positive environment for our children and families.

Responsibilities include:

• Day-to-day daycare operations
• Staff leadership, scheduling, and development
• Enrollment and family communication
• Maintaining quality childcare programming
• Licensing and regulatory compliance
• Staff and parent relations
• Recordkeeping and administrative responsibilities
• Supporting the Christian mission and values of Noah’s Ark

Ideal candidates will possess:

• Childcare or early childhood education experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Supervisory or management experience
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• A passion for children and early childhood development
• A commitment to creating a positive, Christ-centered environment

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
