Community Preschool Teacher

Qualifications

• Child Development Associate credential is required
• Valid Michigan teaching certificate is preferred with an Early Childhood or ZA endorsement
• Must have experience and necessary skills to work with young children
• Effective and appropriate communication skills with children and adults
• Dependable, punctual, and positive work history

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a developmentally appropriate program for preschool aged children
• Establishing routines and creating a safe and secure learning environment
• Effectively communicate with parents, students, staff and members of the community
• Perform other related duties as assigned
