Child Care Center Director

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and visionary Child Care Center Director to lead our early childhood education programs with passion and strategic insight. Duties

• Provide strategic leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality early childhood education aligned with best practices and regulatory standards
• Develop and implement curriculum plans that support developmental milestones and foster creativity, social skills, and learning engagement
• Manage personnel including supervising staff, facilitating professional development, conducting faculty evaluations, and promoting a positive team culture
• Collaborate with families to support children’s individual needs while promoting open communication and community engagement
• Lead school-wide initiatives in instructional leadership, childhood development programs, and special education law compliance
• Facilitate staff training sessions on topics such as classroom management, educational compliance, and early childhood best practices

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in school administration or as a school director within early childhood
• Proven expertise in curriculum development, instructional leadership, and managing educational programs
• Demonstrated leadership in supervising staff, facilitating professional development, and evaluating faculty performance
• Knowledge of legal requirements related to early childhood education, special education law, and educational compliance regulations
• Excellent communication skills for team leadership, and community engagement
• Hands-on classroom experience with young children is highly desirable to inform effective program oversight
