Duties

• Provide strategic leadership by developing and implementing curriculum plans aligned with early childhood education standards and best practices.
• Oversee daily center operations, ensuring smooth functioning, safety, and adherence to licensing requirements.
• Manage personnel including hiring, supervising, evaluating faculty and staff, facilitating professional development, and fostering a positive team environment.
• Develop and manage budgets effectively, ensuring financial sustainability while maintaining high-quality educational services.
• Lead fundraising initiatives to support program enhancements, facility improvements, and community outreach efforts.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to childcare licensing, special education law, and educational standards.
• Facilitate communication with parents, staff, community partners, and regulatory agencies through public speaking engagements and regular updates.

Skills

• Extensive experience in education administration within early childhood or K-12 settings with proven leadership capabilities.
• Strong background in curriculum development tailored to childhood development stages.
• Expertise in managing budgets as an executive education administrator with financial planning skills.
• Knowledge of school legal requirements including licensing standards, special education law, and educational compliance regulations.
• Skilled in personnel management, faculty evaluation, team leadership, and supervising school staff.
• Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, fundraising efforts, and managing educational programs’ growth.
• Excellent communication skills for public speaking, stakeholder engagement, and team collaboration.
• Experience in instructional leadership in early childhood education settings with classroom experience preferred.
