What You’ll Do

• Partner with the Center Director to manage daily school operations.
• Ensure compliance with Arizona state licensing regulations.
• Support financial and enrollment goals in alignment with company guidelines.
• Greet families and provide exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones, schedule tours, and conduct school tours.
• Support teachers with curriculum planning and classroom execution.
• Step into classrooms for coverage as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding children, families, and staff.
• Help foster a positive, team-oriented culture.
• Maintain accurate documentation and administrative records.

This is a hands-on leadership role — part administrator, part educator, part culture builder.

What You Bring

• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a licensed childcare facility (required for administrative roles).
• High School Diploma/GED required; college coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Current Arizona Driver’s License or State ID.
• DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• CPR & First Aid Certification.
• Maricopa County Food Handler’s Certificate.
• Ability to pass DCS Registry background check.
