Responsibilities:

• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities fostering child development in areas such as math, physical education, and social skills.
• Create a safe and nurturing environment for children, supervising and engaging them during playtime, mealtime, and daily routines.
• Monitor and assess children's progress, communicating effectively with parents or guardians regarding their child's development.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and enriching learning environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the classroom.
• Adhere to all center policies and procedures to prioritize the safety and well-being of the children.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in childcare or education preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Weekend availability is essential.
• Willingness to adhere to center policies and procedures.
