Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and energetic 2-year-old teacher to inspire and nurture young learners during this critical stage of childhood development.

Duties

• Foster a nurturing classroom environment that supports toddler care, behavior management, and social-emotional development
• Introduce potty training
• Utilize classroom management techniques to maintain a positive, structured learning space conducive to exploration and discovery
• Manage classroom routines while ensuring each child’s safety and well-being during daycare activities
• Participate in ongoing professional development related to preschool experience, classroom experience, and early childhood education best practices

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting is required
• Familiarity with behavior management strategies for young children
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with families, colleagues, and children
• High school diploma
• Availability full time (7:30 AM-4:30 PM)

Pay: $13.50 - $13.75 per hour
