Young Toddler Teacher

Flying Hills Preschool is looking for an energetic and organized Young Toddler Teacher to add to our Early Childhood Education Center. This position is Monday-Friday, and the hours would be 7-3, Monday-Friday.

Daily Responsibilities:

-Maintain an orderly, healthy, safe and positive learning environment

-Plan and implement individual and group activities

-Use DAPs which promote all areas of development

-Document observations and use for assessments and Parent/Teacher conferences

-Develop lesson plans aligned with the center's curriculum and PA early Learning Standards

-Maintain positive relationships with parents and communicate with them in a professional manner

Qualifications:

-AAS in ECE preferred, but not required

-Two years prior classroom experience required

-Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices

-Strong written and oral communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
