Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Two-Year-Old Teacher to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will deliver dynamic classroom experiences tailored to toddlers’ developmental needs, promote early learning skills, and support each child's individual growth. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help lay a strong foundation for lifelong learning and curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that stimulate curiosity and support developmental milestones for two-year-olds
• Create a safe, nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration and independence
• Manage daily routines including diapering, feeding, nap times, and outdoor activities with patience and care
• Foster positive behavior management strategies to promote social-emotional development
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, challenges, and achievements
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance classroom activities and ensure consistency in teaching approaches
• Maintain accurate documentation of child development progress and classroom activities in compliance with licensing standards

Requirements

• Prior experience working with children in early childhood settings, especially with toddlers or preschoolers
• Knowledge of child development principles, curriculum development, and classroom management techniques
• Familiarity with special education needs, early intervention strategies, and literacy education for young children
• Certification in first aid and CPR; knowledge of mandated reporting laws is essential
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members
• Ability to plan engaging lessons focused on physical education, math concepts, and overall childhood development
• Experience with behavior management strategies and classroom organization techniques
• Demonstrated commitment to child welfare, safety protocols, and inclusive teaching practices

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
