Twaddler Teacher – Join Our TLE Brownsburg Family
Our Twaddlers are busy, curious, and full of personality — and we’re looking for a teacher who loves this stage as much as we do. At The Learning Experience Brownsburg, we create a joyful, safe, and engaging environment where little learners thrive. If you’re nurturing, energetic, and excited to help children grow through play and exploration, you’ll feel right at home here.
What You’ll Do Every Day
- Create a warm, welcoming classroom where Twaddlers feel safe, supported, and excited to explore
- Bring TLE’s L.E.A.P.® Curriculum to life through hands‑on activities, early literacy, movement, art, and sensory play
- Support children as they build independence — from early communication to self‑help skills
- Guide positive social interactions and help children express their feelings in healthy ways
- Build strong, trusting relationships with families through daily communication and genuine care
- Maintain a clean, organized, and cheerful classroom that reflects TLE’s bright, nurturing environment
- Collaborate with a supportive leadership team that values positivity, professionalism, and growth
What Makes You a Great Fit
- You’re naturally energetic, patient, and nurturing
- You love the Twaddler stage — the curiosity, the big emotions, the big leaps in learning
- You communicate with warmth, clarity, and professionalism
- You’re dependable, flexible, and eager to learn
- Experience in early childhood education is a plus, but a caring heart and willingness to grow are essential
What TLE Brownsburg Offers You
-
Competitive pay with opportunities for advancement
-
Dental, Vision, and Health insurance options
- Paid training, including TLE’s exclusive curriculum and safety practices
- A positive, team‑oriented environment where your ideas and voice matter
