Toddler/Two's Preschool Teacher

Word of Life Christian Preschool is searching for a full-time Toddler & Two's Teacher. We teach in a structured environment with a Christian based foundation. We are looking for a quality teacher with a passion for Christian education and a desire to teach our youngest students. This is a high energy classroom that begins building the foundation for the children to be successful in our award winning program.

Applicants must have the following:

* *Christian Background

*High School Diploma or higher education

*One year or more teaching in a toddlers/two's classroom in preschool or childcare

*AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card

*Pass AZ Background Check

* CPR & First Aide Certified (may obtain after employment offer)

Job Requirements:

Planning Daily Activities within the Classroom Learning Environment

Creating Lesson Plans

Circle, Center, & Table Time Activities

Outdoor Playtime

Music & Art

Language Development Time

Bible Stories

Lunchtime & Naptime Assistance

Janitorial Duties within Classroom

Diapering and Toilet Training for 2's Program

Other: Duties assigned by administration for overall classroom success

24+ Credit hours of Continuing Education (May be obtained through workshops, on-line classes, staff trainings, & professional development for early education throughout the year)
