Toddler Teacher| The PREP School of Headwaters

TODDLER TEACHERS WANTED AT THE PREP SCHOOL OF HEADWATERS

Think you can keep up with tiny humans who run, climb, and say "mine!"? Does finger painting, playdough, and a weekly dance party sound like a good Friday to you?

Toddlers are curious, silly, and busy, and they're learning something new every day. At The PREP, our toddler room is a place where they feel safe, confident, and excited to explore. We're a family-minded team with room for one more caring teacher.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You're upbeat, patient, and dependable, and you can match a toddler's energy from morning to afternoon. You're comfortable with messy hands, potty-training progress, big feelings, and plenty of lifting and moving. You love working on a team, you speak up and take initiative, and you think the best days involve a little glitter.

WHAT YOUR DAYS LOOK LIKE

• Guide toddlers through meals, naps, diapering, and potty learning
• Plan and lead art, music, sensory play, and movement activities
• Help children build language, independence, and friendships
• Help little ones work through big emotions with calm and kindness
• Play, read, and sing right alongside the children
• Keep the classroom clean, safe, and inviting
• Give families daily updates about their child's day
• Work as a team with co-teachers and leadership
• Follow all licensing, health, safety, and ratio requirements
